About Us
This website is Geoff McCabe'e personal real estate website, as part of Tropisphere Real Estate, to showcase his favorite properties and service his clients. Tropisphere has two offices: one in Cobano and one in Montezuma. We sell properties all over the southern Nicoya Peninsula, including beachfront, ocean view, condos, large farms, etc. When you arrive, ask around the area and you'll find that we have a great reputation for honesty and hard work, which is what has made us so successful.
Plus, we have donated thousands of dollar from our sales commissions to local social projects, such as wildlife conservation organizations and improving the schools.
