Montezuma Real Estate is a division of Tropisphere S.A. with two offices: one in Cobano and one in Santa Teresa. We sell properties
all over the southern Nicoya Peninsula, including beachfront, ocean view, condos, large farms, etc. When you arrive, ask around
the area and you'll find that we have an untarnished reputation for honesty and hard work, which is what has made us so successful.
Plus, we're the only realtor in Costa Rica who donates 10% of all our sales commissions to local social projects, such as wildlife
